Must the provisions of Article 8(1) and (2) of Directive 2004/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the enforcement of intellectual property rights be interpreted as meaning that a national court must, on the application of an applicant, order an infringer (or another person referred to therein) not only to provide the information referred to therein itself, but also impose the obligation to demonstrate the accuracy and completeness of the information by presenting the relevant documents to the applicant?
