Must Article 3(a) and Article 5(2), (4) and (7) of Directive 2014/26/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on collective management of copyright and related rights and multi-territorial licensing of rights in musical works for online use in the internal market, read in conjunction with recitals 19 and 12 thereof, be interpreted as precluding an interpretation of national law according to which, where there are multiple organisations for the collective management of copyright or related rights in respect of the same type of use and the same category of rightholders and works or other protected subject matter, an organisation may rely on a presumption that it represents the rightholders without demonstrating that those rightholders have entrusted the collective management of their copyright or related rights to that organisation?
